By creating a OptionsAIX account or using this site, you agree to the terms below. Please read them — in particular the risk disclaimer, since this involves financial markets.

1. What OptionsAIX is

OptionsAIX is a technical-analysis screening tool for the Indian F&O (futures & options) market, combined with an AI reading of relevant news, and a paper-trading (simulated, no real money) environment to practice with. It is not a registered investment advisor, and nothing shown on this site — a signal, a "why matched" explanation, a performance figure, or anything else — constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms to create an account. Live trading features additionally require your own account in good standing with a supported broker (currently Dhan).

3. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Information you provide (name, contact details) should be accurate — we use it to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Self-registered accounts start in paper-trading mode by default. No real money moves unless and until you explicitly configure live trading.

4. Paper trading

Paper trading uses simulated funds and simulated order execution against real market prices. Results are not real, are not guaranteed to reflect what a real order would have achieved (due to factors like slippage and liquidity that a simulation can't fully capture), and are provided for learning purposes only.

5. Live trading

If you choose to configure live trading:

• Orders are placed directly in your own Dhan brokerage account, using credentials you provide and can revoke at any time.
• By default, every real order requires your explicit approval (via Telegram) before it's placed. You may instead opt into fully automatic order placement — that choice, and its risk, is yours.
• Automatic risk controls (stop-loss, trailing-stop, and a daily loss circuit-breaker) are always active, but they reduce risk — they do not eliminate it.
• You are solely responsible for any real orders placed on your account, whether approved individually or via automatic mode, and for complying with your broker's own terms and applicable regulations.

You agree not to: attempt to circumvent rate limits, registration safeguards, or access controls; scrape or automate interactions with the site beyond normal use; interfere with other users' accounts; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. No warranty

OptionsAIX is provided "as is." Signals, news-impact judgments, and price data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong — we make reasonable efforts toward accuracy but do not warrant it. Market data ultimately comes from third-party sources (including your broker) outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptionsAIX and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on any signal, screen result, or news-impact judgment shown here.

10. Account suspension

We may suspend or deactivate an account that violates these terms, poses a security risk, or is inactive for an extended period, with notice where practical.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of OptionsAIX after a change means you accept the updated terms; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
